The Disability Trust holds various fundraising activities over the year to raise funds for Kids Fund and our Sport and Recreation Program. Kids Fund is a special foundation supporting children with disabilities in the Illawarra. The foundation does not receive any government assistance. The aim is to provide essential and often life saving equipment to families in our region who have no financial means of purchasing this equipment. For more information go to the Kids Fund website The Disability Trust’s Sport and Recreation programs provide opportunities for over 750 children, teenagers and adults with an intellectual, physical and/or sensory disability to participate in a variety of sporting and recreational activities.
