The Transition to Work program assists eligible school leavers to attain the necessary skills, qualifications, experience and independence to successfully achieve their vocational and life goals.

The program is individualised and takes an active participation approach. The flexible approach identifies that each participant is unique and empowers clients to tailor a program of their choice around key domains including: prevocational learning; living skills, community participation and employment.

Transition to Work is a two year program funded by the Department of Human Services: Ageing, Disability and Home Care. Participants are supported and trained by our highly experienced and qualified staff.
