Belinda is a business and technology executive with 29 years experience across industries including manufacturing, resources, financial services, private banking and community services. Joining The Disability Trust in 2010, Belinda has been involved in a number of strategic projects to ensure internal systems and software solutions are aligned with The Trust's long term objectives. Belinda brings a person-centred approach to technology projects and enjoys the collaboration and reward of team-based growth and delivery.
As the Executive General Manager - Business Transformation, Belinda is leading the organisation's transformation project to replace the client management system, rostering system and award interpreter. The project will deliver improved participant and employee experiences when engaging with The Trust, along with systems to support more effective internal processes.
Working at The Trust allows Belinda to blend her passion for social impact with sound business expertise, to help make the world more inclusive. She is an active member of her local community through her volunteering with Scouts NSW and through lived experience, is connected to a range of events/program for people with disabilities.
