Katharine has over 15 years in Senior Management within the disability sector and has been part of the leadership team at The Disability Trust since 2009. Having held operational management roles across a wide range of services, she is passionate about continuous improvement and ensuring that services are delivered to high standards with a deep respect for human rights. Katharine’s focus is to support the organization to deliver safe, person centred services that support individuals with their dreams and aspirations. Katharine is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
