Ching-I has more than a decade of experience in the not-for-profit sector, having worked in areas including offender risk management and rehabilitation, alcohol and drugs rehabilitation, psychosocial support and child protection. She has experience developing strategic initiatives and implementing efficient processes and protocols to drive continuous improvement, facilitating and training best practices, and leading research and evaluations.
