West Illawarra presents "We Can be Heroes" Gala Night for The Disability Trust on 21 July 2018 at Wests Illawarra. This year the theme is to reflect the inspirational nature of many children with disabilities and their families as they overcome adversity on a daily basis. Funds raised will go towards supporting The Disability Trust's Kid Fund and helping build a new respite facility in Dapto for local children with disabilities and their families.
As the major sponsor Wests Illawarra are kick-starting the community fundraising efforts with a $50,000 donation to The Disability Trust’s Kids Fund.
