Our very own Altogether Drama & Mischief Makers drama groups will be performing at the IPAC in June 2021!
The shows were created by participants in both of our theatre groups with the support of their teachers, and promise to deliver an exciting show for all those who attend.
LOST & FOUND by Altogether Drama
When Cal’s family packs up and moves to Melbourne, everything goes smoothly until his box of favourite toys goes missing. Stuck inside four walls of cardboard, Cal’s eclectic collection of toys think at first that he has abandoned them. But, it takes a lot for a toy to give up on their owner. With a little help from a couple of friends, they take matters into their own hands and find their way back to Cal by turning up in the unlikeliest of places. Devised during Saturday morning classes, Lost and Found is Altogether Drama’s own moving and humorous take on an age‐old “Toy Story”.
BUG by Mischief Makers
Once upon a time in galaxy much like this one, but also kind of different, a troubling bug is taking hold. People are turning into the first thing they touch, resulting in some very bizarre human/object mutations. An Extraordinary Emergency Meeting of the Board of the Leaders of Universes is held, but their megalomaniacal leader, Donald Grump, refuses to address the problem at hand, and pretty soon the bug has infiltrated the board room to devastatingly hilarious effect. Inspired by recent events, BUG has been written and devised by the Mischief Makers during their Friday evening classes.
