We have a number of online groups that we are currently running with a view of continuing to provide access to programs where our participants can practice or learn new skills but most importantly feel connected to friends. Our social interactions are always important but even more so now as we are spending most of our time at home. Groups include:
Social Online Chat Group: This group will talk about what people have been up to during the current break from services, discuss your programs, talk about things that interest each participant and catch up with your friends.
Healthy Lifestyles: This 10 week program is designed to teach you all about good food choices, exercise and healthy living.
Sports Talk: An opportunity to meet up with friends to talk all things sport and discuss all the hot topics that have been in the news over the week.
Online Fitness: For anyone keen to keep active we are here to help.
Dance: Learn some dance steps and join some fun music activities.
