Take care of yourselfAt these times of high stress, it is really important to look after ourselves so as to maintain not just a healthy body but a healthy headspace.

  • Try to maintain a practical and calm approach
  • Try not to make assumptions
  • Seek support

Consider making a ‘stay well’ plan to help you identify what your personal triggers are and the strategies that help you cope best, based on your own experiences. Things to consider include: 

  • Eating well
  • Keeping active
  • Reducing alcohol and other drugs
  • Sleeping well
