In September, The Disability Trust ran the inaugural Lord of The Spring Health and Wellbeing month – this event ran over four weeks and teams competed against each other across different events.
Week 1: Track and count daily steps.
Week 2: Number of gym, sports or exercise sessions.
Week 3: Junk food minimisation, least junk food consumed wins.
Week 4: Teams to design a 12-month health and wellness calendar.
