Club Trust championsTrust Champions Featuring our 5 Quarterly Winners

In mid-September, we re-invigorated our employee recognition program and named it “Trust Champions”. The program is designed to allow colleagues of TDT to nominate each other for displaying TDT’s values in their work and service to clients, colleagues and the community.

After only 2 weeks of being operational until the end of the quarter, we received 74 Trust Champions nominations of our wonderful team members living out TDT’s values.

Our senior leaders were then given the very difficult task of narrowing down these nominations and voting for 5 outstanding colleagues to be recognised as Trust Champions of the Quarter.

We are pleased to announce that our 5 Trust Champions of the Quarter are:

Kenneth

Kenneth Hutchinson
Assistant in Nursing, Hunter Region
Kenneth was nominated for his creativity and innovation when engaging clients in activities, ensuring that all clients are included and have achievable goals to work towards.

Rachael

Rachael McPhail
Support Coordinator, Wagga Wagga
Rachael was nominated for being an outstanding ambassador for social change both within the disability sector and Indigenous community.

Sharon

Sharon Shepheard
Disability Support Worker, South West Sydney
Sharon was nominated for her dedication and commitment to providing a high-level of support to clients in all aspects of care.

Ashleigh

Ashlee Tronerud
Occupational Therapist, ACT
Ashlee was nominated for her responsiveness, the excellent quality of her assessments and reports, and her collaborative approach to her work.

Joshua Zemljacenko
Disability Support Worker, Southern Highlands
Joshua was nominated for receiving outstanding feedback from a client that he supported and encouraged through challenging personal circumstances.

Congratulations Kenneth, Rachael, Sharon, Ashlee and Joshua on your outstanding achievement and we thank you for being great ambassadors of The Disability Trust.

We would also like to congratulate all colleagues who were nominated as Trust Champions over September – we look forward to hearing more about the wonderful work that you do.
