Our Facilitator

Naomi Smith

is an adaptable and enthusiastic business owner, combining her formal marketing and commerce qualifications with her passion for business and communications developed through her extensive experience at Fairfax Regional Media and in the Employment Services industry. She is a proud Southern Highlands local. Living, working, and raising her family in the area has given Naomi genuine detailed market knowledge and an understanding of the many changes that have taken place in the region over recent years. Successfully running a local trade-based business alongside her husband and growing the business from the ground up has given her an intimate understanding of the tenacity and commitment required to start and maintain a thriving business. Passionate about pursuing positive outcomes that can change lives, Naomi enjoys the challenge and rewards of sharing her business experience and knowledge with a diverse audience.
