This house currently has 3 older gentlemen living in it, 2 of the gentleman have been living together for 20 years and the other has been living there for the past 10 years. All 3 gentleman have high care needs and are currently supported 24 hours/ day. They are looking for a housemate aged 35 + years old who has a passion for life and living it to the fullest. They enjoy spending time engaging with
each other and the staff when at home and whilst each have their own activities they enjoy they do also go on house outings. Weekends are spent attending various attractions and activities as well as spending time at the house with families visiting. The tenants also go on holiday down the coast twice a year to a beautiful fully accessible holiday house.


There is active staff support during the day as required and they have active sleepover support staff overnight. This vacancy would ideally be suited for someone who requires the accessibility features of this house, and could be someone with similar care requirements to the current tenants or someone more independent.
