It has three bedrooms, two living areas, a spacious laundry and bathroom. The house opens out to a large patio with accessibility of an BBQ and outdoor furniture for entertaining.

The house is situated in the lakeside suburb of Morisset, only a short distance to Morisset Town Centre with easy access to medical centres, cafes, restaurants, and public transport. This property is a mere ninety-minute drive to Sydney on the M1.

The Residents are both male and female and aged over 60 years.
